  • SwifTest-MAX is a software-only subsystem that provides real-time monitoring and alerting using rules defined by the user.
  • TestScape-SPC is an on-line test data management system used to monitor test production using statistical process control rules defined by the user.
  • Test Cell Controllers monitor both the tester and the prober/handlers on-line. Test cell controllers are the most effective means for maximizing your data integrity and optimizing production throughput.

Outlier Screening

Outlier detection and elimination is an effective technique being used in automotive electronics and other ultra-high reliability markets.  SwifTest-FOX is used for Fast Outlier eXtraction at both wafer sort and final test.
